Not by law for Fsbo but numerous contracts and steps may be overwhelming.  

Some data is better than no data but there are numerous flaws and even if it’s correct - could be deceptive.

I have read several forums and watched numerous videos on this - so I feel it could be a great way to get into REI.

I know its a lot of question but if you have time to answer please explain in elementary and numerical examples would be great!  

We've had numerous inspections and site visits with contractors and she is quite aware that when we take possession, that the remodeling will begin in the in law and a large out building but not in the unit she's in until she moves.  

[6] Possibly add some kind of kitchen food storage larder.[7] Possibly caulk the cracks in the concrete in front of the units.[8] Edge the lawns along all walks and the at the street.[9] Maybe add a block pony wall to the front, back fill it and make level front yards for the units (possibly use rock as a ground cover). [10] Possibly freshen the paint on the triangle parts above the bricks.[11] High crime, might like chain link fences--see how the close in competition is set up.[12] Possibly name the building with signage.Also you have no bedroom shots, or closet shots.

To me, it's imperative to gather not only numerical information but also stories and experiences that speak to factors like trustworthiness, speed, and reliability.If you've had the chance to interact with challenges along the way, I'd be grateful if you could share those experiences as well.

I know agents can do it but they frown when I ask them to do it for numerous properties.
