(Unlikely that an office or industrial tenant would consider funding repairs which are typically an owner expense.)1) Definition of NNN - We sometimes in our conversations with Tenants use the term "Absolute Net” just to make it clear in our discussions that we are expecting the Tenant to pay for ALL of the expenses.
