We own a MHP and trying to find the avenue into mobile home auctions/foreclosures to purchase/rehab/owner finance.

I once bought a small, vacant mobile home park and found out later that the village had all but outlawed mobile homes, and nobody had ever had the water billing shut off and I was going to be billed around $160 a month.

This would be for 2 mobile home parks with 8 units and 23 units in each park.  

I currently own and rent out one mobile home.  

RV parks, mobile home parks, and self storage all are great options.

I found .3 Acre lot with an old mobile home on it.

Does someone know of a insurance company that writes policies for wrap/ owner finance transactions for mobile homes?
