Are their listings detailed with good-quality photos?

I have had the back unit of the duplex I just purchased to house hack listed for almost a month.

For all the reasons listed above, I would reconsider to a Single Family Home, preferably with no HOA.

These should be all line items and depending on the size of the asset, can fluctuate significantly. 

As a listing broker, do you hold the responsibility of reviewing closing settlement statements or can this be done by a salesperson? 

There are many ways to do this and many potential lead sources to consider.With MLS access, you can look up expired listings and call up those homeowners.

In my case, it's bought as is, but on the list is insurance.
