You regularly discussed family values, faith, spirituality, and now introduce content directly antithetical to what's been built.If another podcast regularly contained offensive content, I would simply stop listening.

Going forward, I have been introduced to several great RE attorneys and realtors that I will use for the next deal(s) in this area.I am happy to report that after PITI, and a little extra for expenses (new-build so not much here) I am living for free in an extremely high cost area.

I’ve had to get out of my comfort zone going to luncheons and meet ups where I didn’t know anyone, but as I’ve gotten to know people, they introduced me to others who have tons of knowledge and experience.

At first, I visit some properties and meet the turnkey company that Lane introduced to me, after that I bought from multiple resources,Roofstock,MLS, name it.

A couple of months ago, my cousin introduced me to the Bigger Pockets Podcast.

It took me several months to get up the guts to introduce myself on BP haha but I'm glad I did.
