The only maintenance that we've noticed being done on the house is yard upkeep.We have been extremely annoyed by the vacant house for years, but now we are wondering if this is an investment opportunity right under our noses.

I'm not sure where you invest, but Minneapolis doesn't have the extremely high property values like the high density east/west coast regions.  

There is a super awkward 4th bedroom and very tiny dining room.

I'm extremely interested and excited to be a part of BP and hopefully I get everything from it that I am looking to get.

Dan,When looking at commercial non-recourse loans, typically class of property and class of location are extremely important. 

I would reserve any HML borrowing to an extremely good value deal with a quick turn around.
