I am debating about this because I know most people like mature trees but in this particular case, they almost completely cover up the front of the house. 

I just am nervous about finding another tenant at this time of year.

All to say this version of house hacking has worked for us four times in a row now and in 3 years we have 4 properties (currently) one in a location we thought we never could afford.
