Eric H. Tax lien holder, bank, and owner do not want property

Again, I'm certainly not an expert -- though I personally invest with Ned who has done many hundreds of these, so if he clarifies anything I say, you should trust him...  :-)I believe the foreclosure must be INITIATED -- not COMPLETED -- prior to the 2-year expiration of the lien.
