I see the best plays right now in countries with currency plays (Brazil) and/or heavily dependent on tourism which has been crushed  by Covid (Italy).  

Wells Fargo for example does a lot of loans for my clients who live all over the country but buy in Cleveland.

In countries like Colombia or Brazil where the properties are traded exclusively in the local currency.

After traveling for a year to over 35 countries, we decided to continually work in real estate to help other investors achieve the same financial independence we did by offering turnkey rentals in excellent cash flow markets!

The Anschutz medical campus is at the eastern edge and is massive and still growing.
