I don't know what is in that bottle, but it works just like it is advertised.

Only way I know to get rid of it, is to dig it out, and you'll be doing that every year for several years.

They advertise a 7.99% interest rate but out of 1000 applications I had seen ZERO get that rate.The consumer and home cannot be opened in a business name.I have used the consumer card on several flips because by the time the house is sold the bills are coming due.

But if it is not on MLS or advertised then maybe you can stick to your original offer.You can justify by offering a quick closing to get it off his hands.
