With a small amount of money, you can have a diversified portfolio of stocks.

To check my available money to invest, I use mint as it shows how much I have in each financial investment or banking accounts.For Stock and Bond investment, I use Etrade.I personally like Marcus.

i was talking with him about my stock and forex trading, and i was telling him about a business model i had in mind.

I haven't been with eXp long enough to really form a solid opinion but the commission cap, stock options, and other unique benefits make me inclined to think their model is the wave of the future.

My FICO is over 800 and I have about 25 years of Credit History.I have also NEVER lost money in ANY investments in my 25 years of Stocks and Real Estate Investing.This won't be a hard sell to my risk adverse friends and family who would accept my personal guarantee.

It was that way with tech stocks in 1999, houses in 2007, and now with MF rentals. 

Im wondering if anyone is doing some kind of stock market/other form of diversification.

As far as I can calculate it’s a real tough market to find cash flowing properties; the 1% rule is almost all but dead except in the “rough” parts of town.

Something that is exposed to stock market volatility should not be used as your emergency/slush fund.

I want to diversify some of my stock investments.
