Let me explain, in hot markets when you find a property that works the strategies of assigning the contract, low balling, low EM, asking to bring contractors in and start marketing the property before you close does not work.

the theory is that if someone sues you inside one property/llc they can only get assets from within that LLC, not all the rest of em and not your personal assets. but read and search about this, and i think you’ll see its flawed logic.

The tech folks deal with this kind of thing all of the time.If the issue is the performance of the site itself, you might consider finding a new vendor instead of becoming a web designer and wholesaler too.
