I have been a volunteer fireman for over 30 years and take fire safety seriously, but only after going to a class on STR safety did I realize that I leave lots of cleaning chemicals where young children could get to them. 

There are just a few children that live in my buildings, but the neighbors have some children too.My opinion is that I should salt, because I would assume it would  be pretty unlikely for a kid to eat it, but wanted to bounce that off the community in case I am missing something.Would providing salt for the tenants to apply themselves take this liability off me?

If he simply contributes partnership interest to his children then they will be stuck with the basis (and gain) of the partnership.  

The best renters are the ones who know where the best school districts are, and are determined to get their children into those schools, even if they cannot afford to purchase a home there.  

I got a lot to learn here.So far it is radio silent, and I agree the bedroom layout is not good for many families with small children.

Are these people adults or grown up children because this is pretty elementary stuff .

Our children were "hands on" in the business, and learned life lessons from giving to others in need, as well as those who tore up the houses and left without paying.
