I think house hacking is the easiest way to build wealth over time and I would hate to see you get burned out on a riskier investing strategy before you get started

But as you journey through life building a family, starting a business and acquiring wealth it is ok to have a list of things that you should not have to do and it is ok to pay someone else to do it. 

Once the capitol is back on our side we can look into buy & hold rental properties and building a solid portfolio. 

I want to build more confidence in bigger projects: flooring, tile, electricity, etc.

Also, does anyone have experience developing prefab/modular commercial buildings or know someone who has?

So today, when contractors tell me bigger numbers for work that I know l can do it is hard to let it go.It was also a process building a good screening process and staying on top of legal changes that effected leases and other processes.  

do have a decent amount saved up in my stock portfolio that I want to sell to maybe acquire a second investment property but I’d like 4-6 unit would it be the right time now or take it slow and build up to that?
