I guess I don't really have a choice but to keep my fingers crossed and hope nothing happens that wouldn't be covered while I only have one or two tenants.I am going to make a few phone calls today to see if I get the same response from other agents.  

An actively lead generating investor will get more leads than a licensee who sits at an office waiting for the phone to ring or their broker to feed them leads.

Same would go for OP unless you are looking at a flip to home owners.I don't know much about Lawrence.Real Estate is a numbers game and the more you stay active via phone, email, meetings, events, etc... you will eventually start to meet interesting people that can assist with you ventures and you will also start to come across many great deals.Thanks for reading and have a great day.

As a salesperson most of my adult life, I know that people hate to be sold, so I don't do it.I always ask for their name last so that I will remember it and I immediately put a reminder in my phone of their name, where I met them and the time.

My first direct mail campaign begins on Saturday so I expect an influx of phone calls beginning next week.
