Lack of 1% yielding inventory in the MLS has most of us screaming across the country. 

Hey Cameron,Mexico reopened in June of last year and, since then, there's already been a huge influx of visitors and real estate buyers.I've answered many posts about buying vacation rentals in Mexico.

Most people run from these screaming like little girls......if you're under 3 stories, I wouldn't worry , just buy it and figure it out as you go.

It's also very close to Reed College, a $60K/semester school, so it would be a strong draw for wealthy visitors, campus tours/visiting parents, etc.Also- my primary job is an online merchant, selling on Amazon/Ebay and I require a large space for daily inventory/shipping prep.

Definitely do not take on a fire sale unless you are more than 'kinda handy'I'm guessing its a screaming deal ?

Like others said, if you have a screaming deal, people are going to find you without much effort on your side.

Anything but vinyl....it's screams cheap.
