My wife is a disabled veteran and I'm a government employee, we are looking to buy our first home and we want it to be a Fourplex, any recommendation will be gladly appreciated.

It is generally felt that occupying the property for 12 months will be satisfactory but how many times have us veterans gotten orders, change of plans, etc. 

I am somewhere between a veteran and newbie when it comes to real estate investing. 

The second, is that I want to build a non-profit business dedicated to the housing and rehabilitation of homeless veterans.

He's a veteran in town and Far and Away my preferred real estate lawyer in Fort Wayne.

My Timber farmers who were just salt of the earth folks who lived off the land.. the biggest obstacle was they simply did not believe in anything other than selling and paying tax's.. most did not believe it was legal to 1031 timber deeds.. most of the time they just used a tax service and relied on them for their tax advice..I see most veteran property owners as not easy marks at all.. most of the time they want more than the property is worth.. :)

Not sure if your agent hired a photographer or pulled a DIY job but the right lens selection would capture more of the rooms potentially attracting more clients.
