If a large oak tree branch on my property is over a neighboring property they have the right to cut the limb but am I liable for the cost?  

Prices for existing homes that are fixer-uppers and ripe for an investor to improve and rent to a needly household have stagnated.

There are two properties we have looked at this week, see the below descriptions:Property #1: 3 bedroom upper unit with a 1 bedroom Basement apartment in a great neighborhood with a metro stop a few blocks away.

We bought a two-unit in the union street historic district (city) and are just finishing up the final touches on the bottom unit, will be ST renting that one while I begin renovations on the upper unit that will be MT rental.

But, these days, contractors just need to have a pulse, and someone will be willing to pay them.With that in mind, here are a few thoughts:- First, many parts of NJ are going to be in that 10-20% of the nation that is more expensive than the upper limits indicated in the estimating book. 

Anything that's upper high level the hotels will pounce on and kick you out.  

On the other hand, Cincinnati offers affordability and ongoing revitalization projects, creating potential opportunities for fixer-uppers and value-add properties.

But the laws seem OK with 6 as an upper limit for 3BRs so I went ahead with the rental. 

It's a upper class suburb but has a lot of money pouring into it.
