If you are getting a true turnkey home that hit's the 1% rule there's a very high probability you are in a more challenged area where the residents aren't as consistent over time.

If it sounds too good to be true, then make sure that you take the necessary steps to ensure your own safety.

There is nothing that prevents you from shopping around early to see what's out there.

We don't currently have a PMS but would likely shop for one if we buy a web site.

I would go read "The Short Term Shop" by Avery Carl - well worth the $10 or $20 whatever it is. 

Have you ever been totally open and honest with a seller or agent and tell them you have no intention of buying the property and don't know the true buyer when you offer and won't tell them the price the true buyer will pay?
