In my case, since my property is inaccessible they asked me to just pay whatever I need to pay to get the trees removed, driveway rebuilt, and other remediation - and keep the receipts.

I keep portable AC units for tenants to borrow, so are using one of those to cool the bedroom.I have at least 20 trees down at one property with land and they missed the house but landed on my storage building. 

Checked in with one of my clients in SC/Augusta area.. and they are good lost power and  6 of her homes got some tree damage but nothing serious.. the project we are doing together was not affected.
