No major traction yet.

So, in the name of full transparency, I am a complete novice to real estate development and have learned a massive amount about starting a business, real estate in general and a whole lot more about how cities/counties and government works in the world of zoning and planning.Over the last two years, I've gained some significant traction with several jurisdictions in terms of a tiny house community development and the triumphant return of the "missing middle".

He has already had to void the lease renewal for one tenant/friend who could not maintain clean standards and has just renegotiated a significant price increase for the second tenant/friend who is falling into the same issue - can't clean up after his dog, clean his bathroom, etc.The point is, without a lease to use as leverage, my buddy would be SOL and left to his own devices to negotiate with the neanderthals he got into bed with. 

As far as renting...we haven't gotten much traction in the short term rental world with this house, but do have some people interested in renting from May-Aug (600+/month cash flow).

Once I started getting traction in an area, I would get in the car and drive there, meet with brokers, PMs, etc.

Whatever device you are doing it on, you may not be accepting cookies or you may not be clicking the box that keeps your log in every time you go on the page.

Traction is another good one to check out.

If we're going down the ethnic road for advice on how to build a house, it would probably be best to consult a German - lol.While I share your passion for doing things right and making things right when they're wrong, that's original equipment (not the device probably) and the decision to not replace the bracket that holds the wires and acts as middleman for the ground is not a bad one IMO, a decision that many people make, including electricians.

Still trying to get traction here.
