I also invest in other assets such as stocks, and private companies as well. for RE agents I see absolutely no conflict.. its their job.. not every agent starting out can afford to buy a rental.. and note very agent even wants to own a rental ( like me) I only like to deal in land when I sold RE to the public .

The loan can be sold on the secondary market at any time, or loan servicer switched or new sub-servicer taking over, insurance dropped, etc.

I utilize a PO Box as well.It wouldn't be hard for our tenants to find out where we live (tax assessor's online tool) ~ But for $50/yearly ... it gives me a bit more piece of mind :)
