Are there any tools, websites, or resources you’d recommend specifically for real estate investors in Ontario?

I also invest in other assets such as stocks, and private companies as well. for RE agents I see absolutely no conflict.. its their job.. not every agent starting out can afford to buy a rental.. and note very agent even wants to own a rental ( like me) I only like to deal in land when I sold RE to the public .

I have also sold properties subject to; but with safeguards in place so we had a path of problems occurred. 

Yet the sale to sold ratio is 1:1. 

So you sacrificed your own success because of something completely unrelated to the tool that would make you more successful and faster.

The loan can be sold on the secondary market at any time, or loan servicer switched or new sub-servicer taking over, insurance dropped, etc.

I utilize a PO Box as well.It wouldn't be hard for our tenants to find out where we live (tax assessor's online tool) ~ But for $50/yearly ... it gives me a bit more piece of mind :)
