I have seen the post which in the day I think we would have called them blog posts and basically marketing whatever they are doing or selling..

Call up a few PM companies and see if they will tell you who they use.

@Stefano Mitrano if it is transferred to LLC they can call the loan by law, and if they have not done it for someone else - would you risk to check if they will do it for you?

The appraisal stated one was an office, another was a den and the 3rd was I think called a daylight room. 

The good subs in your area will likely have plenty of work already and may not even return phone calls.
