Hey there, I’m based in Irvine and have investment properties in Joshua Tree.

Also the distance it needs to be moved and how many traffic lights,power poles,trees,etc. there are with hills and road turns leads to difficulty.

I never completed that flip because a huge tree fell on the house and I sold it as is… my question is did you do the work on your house yourself and do you know of any reliable contractors you can refer me to?

If you can't figure out how to park and walk to the courthouse after multiple attempts, I think real estate may not be not your cup of tea.

Damn, lots of tree haters in this thread. 

I’m tempted to leave a couple obvious things so they can get some easy wins.Sometimes they find dumb things like tree limbs or moles(!)

My NEIGHBOR HAS a nice size tree that has over grown HIS back yard.

The bottom line is that I'll stay home and skip Cochran and Watson's Las Vegas weekend (Vegas has never been my cup of tea in any case) and I'll spend my money on my own marketing campaign. 

Yard could use some tree and bush clearing as well as removal of a wooden fence.If anyone is familiar with the area I would appreciate any input you might have regarding ARV  or your experience with some of the repair items listed

My property manager is extremely reluctant or just has no urgency when it comes to larger repairs/ maintenance. 1 example: My properties sewer has tree root intrusion and I asked them to get a quote 2 weeks ago, and have followed up twice and got a we're working on it response.
