I feel this bill is very misleading and they should not place open price targets on the sell of the property. 

The appraisals cluster like shooting on a target, but the margin of error is not small, about 10% between the highest and the lowest, which is about as much as a Zestimate.But what do you expect for $400?

Because nothing can target motivated sellers.

Who is your target audience... traveling nurses? 

Opportunities include affordable fixer-uppers, older neighborhoods, and targeting FHA buyers.Good luck!

Professional tenants target mom and pop landlords with poor screening processes...rather than large class A and B properties with professional screening processes that disqualify most problem applicants...and lots of neighbors who actually pay their bills.
