Keeping a sustainable business?

I always thought it would be good to install solar or wind at the tower so it is self sustaining.

The brokerage seems to be growing rapidly;  can this be sustained in the long run with very little brand recognition amongst customers (compared to a Keller Williams, REMAX, Coldwell Banker etc.)? 

I chose STL as it has many working class areas where rents remain at sustainable levels to cash flow.As our first investment, I looked for SFH that required minor repairs to get rent ready.

I agree that the people you deal with have very few options left, and having empathy for their situation is critical for sustained success.

The question is how long that will take and how much loss can you sustain.

Those properties could could sustain a massive hit to value and still deliver him a big chunk of gain simply by holding.
