I currently own a food truck/restaurant and real estate is my next career move.

It has the enjoyment of a hobby, but I also treat it like my second career/job given the amount of time and effort I spend on it.

While I finish school I want to work, at some level, for a brokerage and continue to build the savings and connections needed to start investing in my own properties / making a career in real estate.

I have built a lot of websites in prior careers but what you will need is a way to show the availability calendar to sync with all your other platforms and the ability to take direct transactions through Stripe or Square. 

Also I would be curious to know if when franchising through and established brand if a business loan would be more suitable than a CRE loan.

I took out the most aggressive folks that wanted to hang them so they did work out of it but it was the end of their career in owning real estate .

So many young professionals with either internships or new careers that are desperate for a place to live that is affordable.
