The gun control issues of past studies have missed the mark of the bigger picture I believe as they have probably not addressed the economic, social and cultural aspects sufficently, after all, our current gun regulations may achieve some purpose but certainly not public safety to an acceptable degree.The right kind of gun controls would achieve better results, obviously, but the question is what would be acceptable given the variables mentioned.
