Im hoping to find an investor to help me buy the lot next to mine so i can move up from doing tax deeds.. if not i have my next lot picked out and will continue to invest in them while i fix my credit and learn more on investing.. i have always wanted to be successful in life but drugs and bad choices have kept me from it.. now im proud to say there is nothing that will stand in my way of realizing my dreams Just following up.

If anyone has an end lender that has successfully closed a handful occupied padsplit loans and can underwrite based off actual padsplit rents I would really appreciate an intro.

While there are some markets I feel are so saturated it is near impossible to be successful in todays market (Orlando), in most competitive markets you can be successful if a) have reasonable expectations and b) do everything right (price, location, pro design, pro photos, etc etc).

@Jackson Pudlo you'll have a better chance of success managing a unit right next door and learn a lot.Versus...Buying a rental in a few years that not near you.One of the biggest mistakes newbie investors make is not paying enough attention to their rentals because they are too busy with family & work.You really won't be able to ignore a rental next door to you!
