What is the best way to experience the industry over a three-month time span?

Yet, Victorian Village where I lived has doubled in that time span and Short North looks completely different with all the new development/tear downs.  

Unlikely that 20 of 20 AC units go out in a 2 month span.

However the DFW MSA has about 15% more population than the Philly area MSA (which also happens to span 4 states!)

I don't feel for her because I don't believe the series of events like she explained it.I am sure there is SO MUCH MORE bad stuff to it then that.Moving 4 times in that short time span shows a history of being unstable.Not getting along with one landlord is one thing but moving that much is a sign.Sounds like a professional tenant looking for a sucker.

They're for about 2 minute spans at a time.

In this span of time they could have had a nice portfolio purchased and nearly paid off already. 

@Curt Smith, we form an LLC for each investor that can then span properties with the same investor, but no 'mixed' LLCs where there is more than one silent investor.
