I personally, being on the NAR Board, at multiples levels of the organization, and being heavily involved on the lobbying/legal side have been way ahead of the curve on this stuff. 

It not only enables property marketing but also facilitates payment management, lease handling, and work order organization.

I am particularly passionate about multi-family in the Northwest Indiana area.Outside of real estate, I enjoy sports and spending time with family!
