Hi @Jeff Hines, I'm based in Southern California, but I have started my out-of-state real estate journey in Indianapolis.

Our aim to is make the investing journey more enjoyable by sharing direct feedback about what’s happening on the ground, actionable investing intel, real estate references, among other things that make investing not seem soo alien, tedious, worrisome, or out of reach.

I’ve recently expanded my journey into wholesaling properties, and I'm eager to learn from and connect with others who have experience in this field.Currently, I have 3 units in my portfolio, and I'm working hard to grow my knowledge and portfolio.

My husband and I are excited to get started on our investing journey!

Now life is settled down and I am looking to reembark on the journey.

And my rentals there are cash flowing nice, but it's taking some time to getting it occupied, and I also found out that I need to make sure that the tenant is paying for the water, because the water bills are really high over there.I will keep you all posted along my journey, and I hope I could help you friends.
