3.Are there any banks you’d recommend that make it easy to manage multiple accounts or integrate with property management software?

Where I’m at, if you list on Zillow, and you are priced right, you should be flooded with applicants for an affordable property… but the ‘flood’ decreases as your price point moves up.  

Any details on how everyone verifies their military applicants would be great!

Is your DSCR ratio greater than 1-meaning are you cash flowing (according to the lender's criteria of mortgage, property taxes and insurance (and HOA) if applicable).

Thanks for calling.If they fill out a written application, then you will send them a written denial.You don't have to process the entire application, either.

The collections agency we use currently says that without an application they can't do anything.

@Audrey Sommer it will be challenging to match what a PMC can do.Example: we post to around 30 websites via syndications via two software programs we pay for and also have a marketing team that manually enters a few.The Zillow Group is probably the easiest for a landlord to use.
