I would like to bring on some agents to capitalize on this.What are my first steps in taking my company from just myself to adding agents and begin generating leads?

In the short term, I am very interested in taking on the challenge of doing some flips to fund the purchase of rentals.

Obviously not everyone who does it gets sued, but I don't see the point in taking a chance.

I think @Josh Sexton has the right idea for the current market.I have one in Spring that I have not rehabbed yet if you are interested in taking a look but it isn't 70%.

However my primary purpose in taking any classes would me to gain in depth knowledge.If reading credible books and doing all the things that BP offers and recommends for education suffices (which I am doing and will diligently continue to do no matter what) then I am more than ok with that.

I think you should refine your search to "Newest" instead of "Cheapest" and check it several times daily and be ready to jump on them.If you come across a 2 family in Lowell for a buy and hold, let me know, I could be interested in taking it off your hands..
