When I get home I'll take a look through and see if people can make me see the light in a few of these situations.I definately would recommend the book for anyone who is looking to understand what life should be all about and not what society "hurds" us into.

You would either need to build a cheaper product or find a piece of land in an area that commands stronger sales prices.Also, urban re-development property is rarely evaluated in $/acre.

Thank you for the piece of advice I appreciate it, I try to be as motivated as possible, but then again you know what society says, REI is tight, inflation makes it difficult, too much competition.To be quite honest I want to do this badly, because I know I have the potential.How ever what would you suggest me?

I live in an urban area that does not have zoning, and as far as taxes it is considered commercial, but i understand that any investment property (non-Lived in) is considered commercial as far as taxes.
