There are good and bad options for all service providers and All service providers require oversight and management.For the most part with each of these services, you have the choice of whether or not to outsource the job or do it yourself.

We’ve learned the hard way that sometimes, the best choice isn’t the one with the highest price tag.

SellersWith the changes, sellers will technically now have the choice whether they want to offer any compensation to the buyer’s agent...or none at all.

It doesn't perform well; your neighbor is a nightmare, they put more regulations, you get tired of running it etc.It may not be your first choice, but it will be a smarter investment overall, especially for newer STR investors.
