I honestly am not sure if sacrificing how our business runs now for more capital (just wait until we have more money) is a good idea.

They sacrificed a lot and started off with nothing.

Get rehab completed as fast as possible (while not sacrificing quality of course)- Make sure the market has a fast DOM and is growing - Invest in good areas with low crime- Have multiple exit strategies.

Now with a lowered credit score from the inquiry and paid realtor and banker I'm still starting over or not experiencing what I thought.Just my thinking and wanted to briefly consult just to make sure my thinking is aligned with my home buying goals and expectations without disqualifying myself or sacrificing my credit score.

I think that those types of creative ways to generate outsized returns relative to your total portfolio slowly disappear as you become wealthier, because sacrificing small conveniences and luxuries for small dollar investments becomes less appealing.  

What makes you tick, what can you do day in and day out, sacrificing sleep, entertainment and food.

You are only sacrificing a few hundred bucks, shouldnt be a huge deal.

That was about five years ago but I only sacrificed phone time.

We've been sacrificing a lot while we're young so that we can enjoy the fruits of our labor for the rest of our lives.

So that way you get your cash, and then get the lowest payment you can, while only sacrificing the high payment for 6 months.
