The projects that are going up are built with less than qualified help, cheap materials and rushed to the point of poor craftsmanship all around.

Newbie to real-state and looking to learn ahead of first rental we are planning to find/acquire in ~12-18mo. 

I ask this question because there are many markets that are growing in population and want to be a step ahead.

Even if it is, I would go ahead and list now.  

RLS managed to fastrack project documents last year, ahead of time before the holiday season saving me $$$.

I've spent a decent amount of time playing around on the website and will probably go ahead and buy the premium version.

Just for future advise if you have equity in your home its best to get a heloc ahead of time and just have that credit line open similar to a credit card so you can tap in to it whenever needed weather it be to pay off debt, or invest in your next property or for family emergency.

Make sure to go ahead and give proper notice of non renewal per your lease and state statutes, so you don’t have anymore headaches 

Don't rush, think it through and make calculated decisions with applied faith!
