Hello all,I'm new to the website and this is my first post, but I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on what is currently happening in the Lincoln Terrace area, or mainly the Classen North Highland Park neighborhood. 2 years ago there was maybe one or two outliers, but now there are tons of rehabs going on down there and they are selling for quite hefty prices.

Hi,My wife and I are doing research on purchasing a STR place in the Garden Valley, ID area, probably in the Terrace Lakes resort area specifically.  

Many thousands of us professionals displaced from the work force would be all over that like white on rice.

Its a minor shift in thinking, that could still probably be accomplished using my own money, but it would require me to live on beans and rice to save up 20% down on 5 properties in 5 years.
