The MLS rules prevent your contact information from appearing on websites, but websites are required to show the listing broker phone number.

Thomas, Thanks for replying to the post, can you send me the website for the companies that are in your wheelhouse.

He has a website with a ton of cheap homes on that says sold. 

We do have our retirement accounts, brokerage accounts, HSA accounts, etc… and will continue to invest money into those respective accounts for retirement purposes.With above stated, I would appreciate if  anyone can give me an honest opinion on how to start my journey as in what would be the best operation plan/strategy given my current situation and assumed future plans before partaking.Thanks in advance for anyone replying and assisting in the matter.

If you go to the appraisal district website, you will find the county's appraised value of the home, which rarely reflects the actual market value of the home. 

How much value would a web site with direct booking bring to this kind of arrangement as compared to listing on Furnished Finders, VRBO, etc, particularly if we stick with the mid terms.
