I wrote a post recently about politicians who keep pushing this "foreclosure rescue" idea.It's preposterous to think that anyone will be able to "loan modify" themselves out of this problem.

Possessory interests can be tricky if the UD judge isn't paying full attention (or was rescued from a den of wolves and raised in an orphanage).

My grandmother rescues greyhounds and usually has over 5 at a time.

and didn't flood, they told me stories of rescuing deer from trees and seeing a mini-cooper floating down a street.  

I think also since we worked in the same markets  IE WA OR and some CA  at least those were my markets. the foreclosure process allowed this type of last minute rescues to take place. 

BTW, I also require pet owners to carry renters insurance, I also give $50 off the first months rent for anyone with a rescue animal. 

I'm not saying that you have to go and rescue people but I do feel that if you had some standard procedures in place you could maybe protect your investment a lot better by let's say a named storm coming into your area and you advise them how to protect the property in the end that actually would protect your investment.

And I have done it many many times ( like well over 200 times) in pre foreclosure rescue.. it was my specialty. 

This is our right to know, but the government and related departments never educate the public, therefore we have to RESCUE ourselves.Nowadays, Chinese businessmen know that consumers do not prefer products "MADE IN CHINA ", so they don't show from which country it is made.
