My question is, for those that are familiar with Rent Redi, are the instructions to confusing for most people to follow and fill out the prequalification form and I should simplify the process, or should I consider the instructions of the prequalification form a way to weed people out and if someone isn't willing to follow through with those steps I should consider that in the type of tenant they well be?

In my area (near the beach) its mostly families and they want cabanas, baby items, chairs, coolers etc that we do not provide but I have a local vendor that delivers and picks up these items and charges a few dollars per day for each item, and give me a 20% referral.

My favorite way to find a mentor was to look on Zillow for houses for rent in your area and then click on the ones that are 'for rent by owner' then call them and introduce yourself as an investor in the area who is looking to meet new investors.
