Hi Jason, thanks for pointing out that important detail that I missed in my post.I’m referring mainly to rental investment properties, whether it be single or multi-family or condo. 

When asking for references from a prospect tenant, what is it the prospect tenant should provide in terms of information ?

For reference I’ve spent about $7000 last year renting and looking to have another cost of about $7000 to rent the same excavator for 2 more projects.

Usually, they will refer to a placement agency who will tour the resident and family through at least three locations they think are the best fit for their client. 

I was mainly referring to providing equity-based financing to those top operators to scale from 2+ to 100+ more quickly.

Hey @Joseph Campbell I have extensive knowledge of the Daytona Beach market as well as the Brevard County market that @James Stansberry mentioned.First, I would echo that Daytona Beach is in a fairly bad place at the moment, especially if you're referring to beachside.

I can refer you to a few title companies who are familiar with structuring these contracts but are not San Diego based.
