No doubt the ocean / beaches are world class, but we bought into a community with the developer claiming that the govt owned a lot of property in front of us to the beach that would be preserved due to it being part of some protected area.  

Department of Housing and Urban Development struck up a partnership that provides HUD with USPS's national address data in a format that still preserves the privacy of every address-holder in the nation. 

You can usually flip a certificate or deed for a few thousand dollars profit, if someone will be able to take possession immediately and make those preservation improvements that increase the redemption price tag over and above what they paid you.

My question comes a standpoint of curiosity.I believe that capital preservation should be the number 1 goal of every sponsor.

You could look at fields in Title work, Management, rehabbing/construction, development, lending, deal sourcing, coaching, airbnb services, tech/software, asset preservation, Closing and so on and so fourth and have a similar outcome. last should you get your license?

In this market it is about preserving your buying power and real assets allow for that

I have followed the latter immensely as I work for a nonprofit focused on clean water preservation worldwide and it would not surprise me if Michigan was shipping billions of dollars of water to Arizona in the next few years. 

I called my historical preservation representative and asked what was going on.
