We plan to scale to 20-30 properties by end of year and was wondering if there's a better platform out there. 

My plan is to add 2 - 6 shipping container type of small houses and an above ground pool at some point to make at least a section of the property short/mid term rentals.

I was planning on refinancing with CMG and pour all the rental income of this property (3 units) into it to pay down the mortgage but also have available cash for purchasing / rehabbing other properties.

When considering a vacation rental property, it’s essential to have a backup plan and understand the numbers for annual leasing.

What to do with the equity in this property will depend on what your personal finance plan says about your asset allocation. 

I use the TX bookkeeper @Chris Seveney is referring to for my main entity, but I use WaveApps for all my other entities, and they have a free plan, and also a wizard that can help you set up your chart of accounts. 

I also have some cash reserves that I plan to dump into a contingency fund for each unit. 

I've come up with a plan though.

My plan was to purchase a lot and build a foundation, bring in a doublewide/manufactured house. have it placed on foundation and have a structural engineer reclassify it as fixed real estate. then, I would refinance. 

What is it that you plan to do that is so massively dangerous?
