The data below is from an actual rental I purchased March 2024 in Sheboygan, WI.

I didn’t want to be waiting days for them to get back to me about edits to the purchase agreement.

I have some cash, but likely not enough to fund a purchase without bank financing, and especially not when factoring extensive rehab costs into the equation (may need to up my knowledge on creative financing to bridge this).

I am open to creating an online networking group (not mastermind) of experienced investors.
