It's only 40 apartments in this building, it's really a new trend in Poland, because it is ment to be exclusive with good neighbours and in Poland not many people can afford an apartment like this.

We picked-up several at Costco a couple of years ago for < $100 each ... in the model we have you can connect them to an WiFi network or install a memory card in the fixture which will hold up to a day or so of video.I would still put up the signs on your property and/or coordinate with the municipality/police/neighbourhood watch to have surveillance signs put up throughout the neighbourhood.Another approach that we used with a neighbouring non-involved, landlord with a rather rundown property was offer to buy the property.  

So my neighbour came to me with an interesting idea.

Stop listening to your expert neighbours and start investing within your means because the longer you wait the more you'll pay!
