What forces more equity growth (addition or division)?

We are new to property management and want to take advantage of learning and growth opportunities. 

Fix-and-flip is an option for faster capital growth, though riskier.

Managing your own properties will aid in growth of your PMC, marketing is great, but it's often word of mouth/showcasing your portfolio and abilities that will land you clients.

Focus on neighborhoods with strong rental demand and growth potential.Also, make sure your numbers work—factor in all costs, including rehab and holding expenses, to stay under 70% of ARV.

When you look at job growth and population growth, it looks positive to me.

If you are really planning growth to scale then mail in house.

What are your thoughts about growth in the Scranton area?

I didn’t know about the chip plant, I will look in to that.are those places close enough to Dallas to be affected by the city and its real estate or is it mainly because of the job growth in the area?
