I like this play for the younger millennial investor on this site along with very nicely chosen timber land.. for true passive investing. 

We are caught in an interesting supply/demand situation: demand is driven by the demgraphic shift and the competition between millennials buying their first home and boomers downsizing.

It’s sort of a virtual and millennial firm.

And let’s not forget the Millennials.

What about the huge influx of first-time millennial home buyers that can't afford current prices?

This was not true when I was twenty but this is what millennial's are up against and history suggests this is not politically sustainable, certainly not in a democracy/republic.

For example, Bill Gates is the largest private owner of farmland in the United States.If a lot of millennials are being "boxed out" from owning homes then they will be forced to rent.

I am a firm believer that the millennial generation has the ability to suffocate the american economy, or bring it to highest we have ever seen.

I'm here to seek some in general and if possible local advise about some of the deals (SFR/Townhomes) that I'm considering.My primary goal is to diversify my financial portfolio with real estate assets, as Millennials own few real estate assets for retirement yield income and possibly capital gains from price appreciation along the way.
