Supposedly disputes both ways are to whom pays for certain upgrades -- ADA stuff inside vs outside, parking lot paving...Anyway it's a total mess and they fact my MIL can't speak English compounds the issue.

I was not advertising the place as ADA housing or anything she just applied.She appears to get around just fine without in the house and she says she only use the walker for long distance walks.What do you think?

Please do not take this the wrong way but you should have found out this information before you bid and won...not sure what a DA sale is....here at the foreclosure sales you have to have 5% of your bid amount deposited with the clerk before you can bid and you have to bring the full amount of the winning bid back by 2 pm that afternoon or the clerk keeps your deposit so you have to have access to cash...how long do you have to provide the funds ?

Will the added units make the building call for fire escapes, and fire suppression equipment, or ADA upgrades, or an elevator, or upgrade the whole place to 2023 Electrical code or etc...Is there enough electrical amperage at the service entrance for the added units or will you need another drop or a transformer or something like that.Will construction noise drive other renters to not renew (???)
